Why do you care what level you get? Just play the game till you get bored and start a new character. Honestly levels skills and perks I don't even think of until I happen to level up.

Because he likes the actual gameplay of Skyrim, but since he has done everything he wants to set a new goal.

I don't know how you do it. I've reached level 61 after something like 220 hours, and it takes so long to level up now. Can't imagine reaching level 81. (Mind you, I've changed game-style recently, to sword and board, and assaulting Skuldafn, with its hoard of Draugr Deathlords and their Ebony Bows, was a great way to level up my Block!)

Exactly. I'm at 102 skill ups and still level 1. I'm guessing thats about 10-12th level? Will probably go ahead and level up once I hit about 200-250.
