Dragon Smithing Perk

So when i take the dragon smithing perk will i be able to smith both dragon scale and dragon plate no matter which side of the perk tree i went up or if i went up the heavy armor side i would only be able to to dragonplate and vise versa.

You can smith both it doesn't matter what side you chose.

You'll get the ability to craft both as soon as you get the perk
