This bug is so annoying!

I got the quest for regain winterhold but there is no quest marker at all! I looked up on google where the camp should be and go there but there is nothing there. So I am just stuck on this quest and can't continue! So annoying!!!!!! .

Anyone come across the same issue and found a way past it? I'm getting to the point where I want to throw this game in the bin! I have so many stuck items and unfinishable quests! Grrrrr. But I want to finish it!!!
