I was running around in the wilderness at night trying to level up my werewolf when right as I became human again I met Babette and it showed her feasting on a dead wood elf,I talked to her and she said she was feeding and had to get back to the sanctuary before dawn,did something like this ever happen to you?I always thought she stayed in the sanctuary 24/7 but I'm suprised that she went out at night to feed like a real vampire, it shows Bethesda really wanted the world of Skyrim and its inhabitants to be believable.

I can honestly say that I've never had that happen. Are you using mods?

No, I'm on the Xbox360 also she was pretty far from the sanctuary too, she was near Shrouded Grove.

I realized she didn't stay because she's a great resource for poisons. I searched everywhere inside the DB for her and couldn't find her. Then, I turn and she's walking through the door.

I dunno... an entire new animation (child feeding) for one random encounter in the forest...?

wow have not seen her yet, but i am rarely in the area of falkreath and i guess that is where she is feeding.

Maybe the animation was always there just was never seen until now or was added in by Dawnguard DLC?

That's exactly what I'm saying... added in. A new animation for one person, and one random encounter (it's not like she fights... trust me I've tried everything to kill her and her lisp).

I doubt it was always there too. That mean they made it for her specifically. One person, in one instance... for a minor addition of atmosphere. I dunno I just don't see it.

I just loaded my earliest autosave where she is done feeding and going back to the sanctuary and took a picture if you want proof.

In response to your original post, no. I honestly think you're the first person to encounter this. I've never even HEARD of it, and I spend a LOT of time reading about Skyrim. Maybe as much as I do playing.

Seriously though, I'm gonna have to keep my eye out for her now. I notice she says listener... I've never played much after that, so I suppose that could be why.

I was surprised too when I first saw her I thought she had been attacked and ran all the way there because she looked like she was crouching in fear and then I saw the dead body.I forgot to mention that when I first spoke to her I asked her why she was there and she said something like this, "Nazir's cooking is good don't get me wrong but it's not really satisfying for someone like me."
