I play xbox 360 and use my kinect when I play since shouts are easier to use this way. But for some reason when I say beast form it gives me ice form everytime. Anyone know a way around this?

In all seriousness, I've had the same issue. Apparently, the Kinect has trouble registering people who don't speak with a northern accent. I'm a native Texan and the Kinect has trouble registering my voice and my family members voices as well. We never use the sensor while playing Skyrim. My parent does use it to work out with Zumba, though.
