Does anybody else have this problem? When the screen is loading, say when entering/exiting a building or cave, the game freezes. All the smoke just stops moving on the loading screen and I'm like "WOW." I have to unplug my Xbox because the dashboard doesn't work. The whole system stops working. I know it's not my disc because my friends have had it happen and this is my second Skyrim disc. They should really fix this.

Yup, happened to me last night. This was not a smoke screen, but one of the images of something, maybe a Dwemer contraption but it immediately froze. Controller power button had no effect so had to touch the Xbox power button. This freeze looked different than the usual loading screen freeze.
