Hey guys,

Ive had this glitch for awhile but since I never used conjuration too much, but since dawnguard gives me certain things I decided to try some spells again and the same problem.Pretty much 90% of the time, when I cast a summon spell, such as an antronach, both the normal and master version of this spell, I turn invisible and the spell fails. I read on UESP that it is due to spells technically affecting you so if you have a magic absorb then it fails, but I have taken all the effects of, antronach stone, armour ect and still it happens.

This even occurs as a vampire lord summoning gargoyles and even summoning duhvennir and Arvak, ( it takes me an average of 15-20 attempts to summon either one and gargoyles NEVER work).

This is a know side effect of having magic absorbstion. Magic absorb can cause summons to fail as they count as a spell cast on you.

Do you have the astronach perk in alteration? If so it is likely the cause. Pretty annoying bug I agree.
