and it stated the quest blade in the dark,but i didn't go with delphin in her secret basemant yet.
does that mean that random dragons disappeared because i started this quest ?
or is it some sort of bug ? and if so,can it be fixed with patch 1.6 ?
just to your info,i got skyrim on an old pc,but i still get some decent fps(about 35-40 fps),and the game is very smooth,never encountered any crashing or lagging.
i got the patch 1.5 installed and my OS is windows xp SP3.

Around that point in the MQ, random dragons are disabled, as you've read. I doubt it's any other reason.
