What to do with funds:

So money has been no issue for the longest time now. I'm sure many people get to this point. The problem is that even without the speech perks I can still manage to have far more than is necessary (Again, I'm sure everyone has, probably even better than me). What I find is that there's really only a limited amount of things to spend your money on. While having multiple houses is awesome, it just feels ultimately limited. What would be simply amazing would be to rebuild one of these forts. Say, Fort Sungard? Or simply one of the other forts owned by bandits that, even if you clear it out, the factions don't come and take it over. Some place open up to do what I'm thinking of:

Rebuild the walls, fund for smiths, merchants, anything to come in. Hire guards. Even expand the walls to build houses for inhabitants, an inn, a brewery, most anything. Even build a farm outside the walls for your little settlement.

I understand this would take a fair amount of programming. But, really, it wouldn't take anything more than simply adding another fort, much like they did with the whole Dawnguard whatnot. Only it would start to become visible and all that once you've paid for it. Also, make it utterly ridiculous to pay for. You can even choose the quality of materials used. Making it so the first rebuild costs some 100,000. Guards can range from 100 to 1,000, maybe even 5,000. You can set up stables and horse-breeders to supply cavalry to protect your new lands.

While there would have to be a limit to what you could do and I would undoubtedly run in to this same position again, it would still be an awesome thing to add on. Essentially adding in components of something like Age of Conan or Assassin's Creed. Maybe even setting up a guild-like hall where you decide the direction of it; servants of a divine, for instance. Possibly even opening up another quest line. Who knows? Really I just think it'd be awesome and was wondering if anyone else had ideas of this nature.

With Dawnguard buy some armored Trolls, and stuff. Buy potions.

Oh and lovely house idea

Wish I had that much money to throw around! My characters are always dirt poor ...

I'd collect books, stock up on potions and alchemy supplies, hire followers and buy them new equipment, buy new spells/equipment for yourself, drown your sorrows in mead or donate it to a respawning chest.
