I probobly spelled those wrong but ya what if they traveled into skyrim and people were like "oh hey you should check these odd people out they are staying at the blah blah blah" and you went there and there was some Redoran guys or some hilalu guys and they asked you something and you were like okay and it would start the new quest line! What do you think?

I daresay the Nords wouldn't be too happy about it ... are Redoran and Hlaalu still around? I thought something had happened to them.

Redoran's seat (Ald'ruhn) is right beside Red Mountain. I assume it would be destroyed after the eruption. As for Hlaalu, though being further away from red mountain, I'm not quite sure how much area the eruption covered, but I heard the eruption it completely devastated Morrowind, so I doubt it still up and well either.
