Dawnguard Voice actor question

Is it just me or does Serana from the Dawnguard expansion sound just like Christine Royce from Fallout New Vegas?

Skyrim lacks Nolan North, we need Nolan North in a dlc...and not just the space core one either, he needs to be in hearthfire.
