May we have more perk points please?

Hello, I'm a 360 user, sadly my family is not rich enough to buy a decent PC for console commands and mods(We have this 6 year old one), but I enjoy gaming nontheless :)

One of Bethesda's main theme is freedom, do what you want, and be who you want to be, but what I want to be and Role-Play as is an awesome character that excels and masters:

Archery, Blocking, Two-Hander, One-Hander, Smithing, Sneaking, Pickpocketing (My favorite :D), Speech, Alchemy, Illussion, Conjuration, Destruction, Restoration, Alteration and Echanting (Basically most of the skills lol)

But sadly I can't because of the limited Perk Points for Console users like me.

I know a lot will look down on me and say I'm just a noob Role-Player, but I really do enjoy being overpowered like this, having a character that is awesome at everything! I mean when you were little, before you saw how cruel the world is, didn't you want to be some sort of awesome person that can excel at nearly everything?! I know I did, and I still do haha (Ya I know that sounded kind of lame lol)

Any thoughts please? Would there be a major downside to other players if people like me who want more perk points get more perk points?

Theres plenty of perk points already, I'm playing on the 360 and I'm fine with the amount I have.

Oh man don't talk to me about old pc's. I have the same since 2000. 12 years and counting. Just replace some parts and voilá.
On the topic there are enough points if you think about your build it will be enough

Well that's the thing, I'm trying to be an awesome character that excels and master nearly every skill, but the lack of perk points won't let me. What kind of character do you Role-Play?
