I want to ask a question i plan on joining darkbrotherhood on new game and also want to side with imperials, i heard you have to kill emperor in quest of darkbrotherhood,will it have any adverse effect if i kill emeror can i still be imerial?

Yes I did the very same ! I killed the Emperor and then joined the Imperials it's fantastic!..
