A false front : V

Hello,

I want to complete the quest "regain the pale".
To do that I need to complete "a false front", but the quest is with the inactive quests. I didn't complete the quest and I don't get any markers.
How do i solve this problem?

No, i started this quest a few weeks ago.
Then I did some other quest etc.
Today i wanted to do some quest for the legion, but i must do this one before i can continue and i'm stuck with this problem.

Use the link to the UESP in my Signature, I have not played the Imperial Side in Months and I have no idea if you are on a PC and have access to console commands.
I believe you need to kill a Stormcloak Courier, loot thier Orders, give the Orders to Rikke, then hand the Altered Orders to a Stormcloak Commander in Dawnstar.
Your character should then recieve Orders to clear a Fort in the Hold.
