Alchemist's Shack safe to store things?

It says on the Wiki page that it has a 10 day Respawn timer. So I guess that the containers do respawn = not safe.

or u can go to anise's cabin left of bleak falls barrow or right of 3 standing stones it never resets though you will have to kill her.

You still could use the shack, provided you use it often. Just make sure no quests takes weeks to complete, such as a DLC taking you a week to travel there and back.(not that there are atm)

Careful with Anise's Cabin. The barrel in the doorframe is NOT safe for storage.
