EDIT: I have found a fix for this bug, it turns out it is most likely down to some corruption in the Preferences of the game, and it's very simple to fix.
1. Open your Documents, and find ''My Games''.
2. Navigate to the Skyrim folder there.
3. Simply delete Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini and then launch your game again! It will now recreate your files here. If you made modifications like disabling shadows, you will need to re-apply these customisations.

Hello there,
First of all, here is my list of specifications. I trust these will help you in some way, and will save time.
Motherboard: MSI Iona
Processor: Intel i5 Dual Core 3.20Ghz each.
Graphics Card: ASUS AMD HD7770 1GB GDDR5 Clocked at 1020MHz.
RAM: 6GB
My problem now, everytime I go to my menu, and change a setting, then back out, it freezes, just as the game automatically saves. I have tried turning off all saving, no difference. I have also reinstalled the game FULLY, deleted all my current saves, and tried Ultra Settings, High, Medium and Low. No difference. It only freezes for about 30 or more seconds, then it returns. My game is running at a constant 60-65 FPS on Ultra, High, Medium, and Low. Which amazes me, as surely they would be some performance difference.
This only started today, and the difference is, I upgraded my Graphics Card, however I assure you, it's installed correctly, and the latest Driver is installed from AMD
Also for those who think it may be due to AMD's issues with Skyrim, my last card was an AMD, of a much lower calibre and ran the game fine at 20FPS
Any suggestions would be nice.
Kind Regards,
Wickot.
EDIT: In addition to the original post, I forgot to mention the fact that I cannot ALT + TAB out of the game like I can when it doesn't freeze up, I have to open up task manager the old fashioned way (CTRL + ALT + DELETE), in doing so I check TESV.EXE, to see if it's responding, it shows the game is responding.
