The UESP says that upon starting "Joining the Stormcloaks" Galmar will give the player 3 potions of Ice Wraith Bane and a potion of resist cold (before sending you off to kill the ice wraith at the Serpent Stone). I've never gotten the potions, and never even knew to expect them until this playthrough. I've tried a few different dialogues with him to try and get the potions before I go, but to no avail. I also thought that maybe they were the reward, but no dice.

Has anyone gotten these potions from him? If so, do you know why you did but some characters may not?
