I'm looking for Absorb Stamina and Carry Weight Enchantment, is there a better place than Solitude to find these 2 enchantments?

Help would be much appreciated

Enchanted items are all pretty much random (except unique items). I know that their is a certain random encounter when an amulet is given to you with the carry weight enchantment. If you see three men on the road drinking, offer them a honeybrew mead.

Been looking for these 2 enchantments for over 30 minutes now >.>

For Carry Weight, there is an unmarked shrine of Talos near lake Ilinalta (exit Riverwood looking at the Guardian Stones, the shrine is on a easily visible side road on your left with wooden steps) with a dead Thalmor among the worshippers he slew. If you loot the Thalmor, you should find a pair of Hide Boots with that enchantment. Give it a try, as I found them with my character.

Try the Dwarven ruins. I always find a lot of enchanted items in them. You can also check the quartermaster's stock in the various Stormcloak and Imperial camps. The absorb stamina enchantment can always be found in Labyrinthian as part of the College of Magic questline.

Make the loop: Solitude - Whiterun - Riverwood - Riften - repeat.

Also, if you do this quest you can check every couple of ingame weeks because 2 enchanted items spawn there always.
