Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm fairly certain it wasn't like this before but please correct me if I'm wrong. If I pan the camera slightly in any direction, just looking around, the game stutters. It's not smooth as I remember. This happens outdoors, indoors, with or without NPCs in the general area, etc.

Has it always been like this and I'm just now noticing? It's not my Xbox, as I just bought a new one and it stutters just like it did on the old one. I thought maybe the latest patch was the problem, but I reverted back to the day 1 patch (1.1 I believe) with no luck. What the hell is going on with this game? I shouldn't have to do all this just to get this game to run like it did when it was released.

Is there anyone else having these issues as well?
