Dragons - DLC

Ok, so almost obviously Bethesda is going to add new dragon related content to the game in future DLC because that's the main point (we're the Dovahkiin, etc) of it, so I had an idea:

- Since we already got Legendary Dragons from the last DLC and they're supposed to be the most powerful (besides Red Dragons like Odahviing), a new interesting addition to the game would be a guild/faction (maybe) that was dedicated to mounting dragons!

- That way, we could.. well.. learn how to make a Dragon our pet, put some awesome armor in it and mount it!

- We would also be able to craft they're full armors (iron, steel, dwarven, ebony, orcish, elven, glass, advanced, daedric (dragonplate and dragonscale?) - all of it for our dragon(s)! Can you imagine?!)! This way we would have something to do with the big amounts of septims we have stored in our inventory

- We would be fighting mounted armored dragons of many levels (matching the materials above)! That way Bethesda wouldn't have to implement even more powerful dragons (at least not in the way of Frost/Elder/Ancient/Legendary..)

- For us to fight mounted armored dragons, there should be a small group in the guild/faction (that we can join) that didn't like the rules (for example) and betrayed the whole guild/faction by stealing most of they're "pet" dragons to "rule" tamriel with such an imense power (or even join the Thalmor so the great battle would finally happen.. who knows )!
When we hear the news from an inn or local people/guards saying they saw mounted armored dragons north(south/east..) of ?certain place? burning down ?another place?, we would be given the quest to start the DLC!

I have many more ideas regarding this topic, but I would like to know your thoughts

I DO NOT want to mount them , maybe one as a companion , maybe you can make him some armor , but NO MOUNTING.
