Like most enchanted items their appearance in random loot is going to be, well, random. Vendors do sell items with Conjuration enchantments but their stock is also randomly generated. Wizards, general merchants, and Radiant Raiment in Solitude will have non-armor apparel; blacksmiths and general merchants will have armor. For spelltomes your best bet is a wizard, many or most will have an assortment of them available that are (from what I can tell) appropriate to your level in the various skills.

Thank you

No problem.

You might also want to consider joining the College of Winterhold and finding this guy:

Get the Necromancers Amulet. +50 magicka and Conjuration spells cost 25% less to cast.

Just a small warning, the Necromancer's Amulet can only be obtained by doing a particular http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Blood_on_the_Ice that is known to be incredibly buggy for many players (altho personally I never had a problem with it). There are other items you can find or buy and stack by wearing two or more at the same time that will give you the same (or better) buffs. So unless you have your heart set on the Amulet or want to do that quest for other reasons I would think twice about doing it just to get a Conjuration bump from that one item.
