Just like the title reads, I sacrificed my spouse to the Boethia questline and now no other marriageable NPC will offer the service while I'm wearing an Amulet of Mara, is this a bug or is there someway for me to fix it?

Nope. The game is working exactly as it was meant to in this regard.
