when you get out of helgen you follow the road and if you notice there is a bandit camp nearby and closer of that camp there is a talos shrine and there is a bunch of dead people know if you go there there is a thalmor dead pick the letter wich says thalmor orders if you read that its says something about elenwen and she didnt beleive that it existed that camp so that guy has to make justice by is own know read that its says the date and in the date its 401 and the game is set place in 201 i found it hilarious! (by the way the camp and the shrine doesnt has a marker so try to find it by its fire smoke and then try to find some stairs up to the shrine be carefull because the stairs doesnt has the same color has the road!)
