get into fights with mudcrabs or skeevers (anything that won't one-hit kill you) and keep healing yourself instead of fighting back. Get the five points of training at each level from either the college or the (master trainer) healer-priestess in Whiterun. Join the college and eventually get the Oghma Infinium.

Circle of Protection can be repeatedly cast once you're level 75, or Vampire's Bane at level 50 if you have the DLC. Otherwise you could find somewhere that causes sustained damage (a trap, fire spout, or the pit with spikes outside that bandit fort with dead mammoths near Whiterun) or make a poison you can drink (has to be combined with a beneficial effect, and without the Purity perk), or eat a damaging ingredient if you have a lot of them, and then use your highest level healing spell on yourself. It's very slow going unless you set yourself up with some way to regenerate your magicka quickly. If you need to also level up alchemy, maybe make a ton of restore or regen magicka potions? Hmm, maybe make a potion with Imp Stool, Mora Tapinella and Red Mountain Flower? Without the Purity perk, that potion will have Damage health, Lingering Damge Health and Restore Magicka. May be worth a try?

How about spending some money for training? I think it's a good alternative to grinding.
