The Bladesman

http://skyrimcalculator.com/#151136

Race: Redguard, seems most appropriate as the "most naturally talented warriors in Skyrim".
Stone: The Lord or The Lady
Weapon(s) of choice: Valdr's lucky dagger, Windshear
Shout(s): Elemental Fury, Slow Time
Playstyle summary: A lightly armoured warrior who uses sneak to get the first hit in, before charging head-on into the fray. A master swordsman, he has no use for shields or another blade; he relies on but one, Windshear.

-Light armour for extra stamina regen (will use a LOT), and, of course, roleplay. This also makes the Steed unnecessary, freeing up another stone.
-Both weapons, although having unique effects, are effected only by Steel smithing, so only one perk to get full value out of them.
-Although sneak is maxed out, it will not be abused in combat - it is mainly for stealthily reviewing combat situations and getting the first hit
-Middle and right side of block affects weapon blocking
-Both weapons are technically unenchanted, meaning elemental fury works on them.

Will use plenty of ducking and diving - will be using only light, unimproved armour on master difficulty.

Any questions, comments, suggestions, etc? I've 4 perks left over.

Wait, elemental fury does not work on enchanted weapons (I never used it)

As for the four leftover perks, maybe archery. I mean, lightly armoured warriors usually have some skill in a bow, even if it isn't his specialty.

The two weapons, though they have unique effects, are not classed as enchanted.

No, I was just suprised to see that Elemental Fury has the limitation of not working on enchanted weapons. I always assumed they did. But Again, I never used it, not even once.

Oh, I see, you should try it, It's incredibly useful.
As for the ineffectiveness with enchanted weapons, it may be a glitch, but perhaps it's a balance thing.

The balance thing sounds more likely. Anyway, when I need help, I either use: The drain health nightengale power, Ice Form, Summon the ancient Nord warrior from the main quest, fire breath, and dragonrend. I've almost never touched the others unless I absolutly have to.
