Hi all, i have read that the xbox 360 has onboard surround sound, though i've never been able to find anything stating specifically that the sound is dolby 5.1, 7.1, etc. I'm wondering if a regular stereo gaming headset would work since the xbox's output sound signal is supposed to be surround, or would i still need a mix amp like the kind that comes with astro a40 headsets, or trittons ax720's? Thanks for any input!
