OK. I had to reinstall Skyrim recently due to conflicting and unstable mods, I started a new character to take advantage of some of the nicer character mods for hair and bodies. I just finished Dragon Rising, but I can't get the dialog to purchase Breezehome from the Steward. I noticed this problem before the reinstall AFTER the 1.6 update. I tried the console command to force the issue and nothing happened. Any thoughts on what I should try next? Breezehome is kinda crappy, but it's central so I use it a lot. I was running Better Breezehome by Scottbee but it never worked properly and I removed it before the reinstall.
