So many people are saying how they want this or that character as a follower, or how they want to make a follower. I just want the companion perk tree I saw in a random vid (I realize not all the stuff in that video would be put in game). I couldn't care less about any of the vampire or werewolf perk trees, I just want to beef up my followers a little so they aren't so useless in a fight after lvl 35ish. I know you can give them enchanted stuff, but I want to really feel like I'm improving them and not just what I give them. I don't know if it's just me, but tell me if you guys agree or disagree with me.

I really couldn't care less about what my followers do. I just use them to:

1. Tank out some enemies while I unleash hell upon them
2. Give me company when I'm lonely

But mostly #2, which is why I couldn't care about a companion perk tree.

Well, I think its nice to have a buddy helping me when I take on say 5 or 6 bandits so they aren't all attacking me. I understand not everyone uses followers but I believe if they added the perk trees more people would us them and for longer durations.

I just like having the company and a sidekick, I love Darkeethus he is my best bud in Skyrim. And im a Nord.
