The thing that's happening to me is the following:
I can start a new game, I can play it as long as I want, I can save, an then reload any save made during that time I play the game.
BUT, as soon as i quit the game, and at a later time I go to play it (or restart the game right away), it won't load any of my saves, NONE!
The thing it does is that it enters the game normally, I select the save I want it to load, it loads for a second or two, and then it just exits to desktop!
So... Please help?
The solutions I've already tried, and you shouldn't bother posting:
- Updating my graphics card drivers
- Adjusting sound options
- Resetting the .ini files
- Running the game in various compatibility modes
- Letting my firewall and antivirus ignore the game
- And there's no problem with my PC, it can handle Skyrim with no problem
