Honestly don't blame Beth for DLC deals

Post » Fri Jul 06, 2012 6:58 am

I just think its really unfair that people blame Bethesda for a 30 exclusive for a certain console.

I understand people are mad, but its a marketable deal that Beth has to take advantage of.

If anything

Blame Microsoft or Sony, not Bethesda, if we were all given money for an exclusive DLC we would certantly take it.

One could argue that the sales of Skyrim could have negated the need for the deal to have been made. Plus, it was the PC market that had the majority of the sales. The technical term is "selling out".

Just throwing that out there.

Estimates ~10million sales (as of december of 2011) and a confirmed ~5million on PC via Steam user records (PC version HAS to be registered through steam). so that right there is ~50% of the sales for PC.

This whole issue boils down to, "Waaaahhhhhh he got a toy before me!!!" Seriously, its like the pc world has been hijacked by 5 year olds. Grow up. Its only 30 days. You'll get your turn pumpkin.

If we are talking from a technical standpoint, yes. Or at least, the spoiled ones contribute to the faster spoiling of the rest unless quickly removed.

Of which only 20 or so remain. I agree it's a non issue given it's just a short month.
