Irritating BEARS and insanely [censored] foxes

Post » Fri Jul 06, 2012 3:27 pm

OK, i'm a very patient guy. I tend to ignore most of the bugs in Skyrim, but i'm starting to get
pretty annoyed by the MASSIVE amount of bears that suddenly show up whenever i'm running/sneaking
around in the wilderness. I'm trying my best to ignore them; running away or using the ethereal shout
to jump from a cliff. But lately they seem to pop out from every f.ing corner and not only one, NO, two
or even more of the bastards! So, do anyone of you know of a console command that could make
the bears less irritating or maybe even go instict for some days/months or even years?

The next thing is not that irritating, actually it's quite funny in a strange way. The RE.tarded foxes that keeps standing
still when you are near them. Yes, sometimes they run away, but mostly they stand still and wait to get killed.
WHY are they not like rabbits or other animals that uses their animal instinct to tell them that NOW might
be a good time to get the F.out of the way and hide from the dangerous hunter with poisonous arrowheads.
If anyone also know of a console command to make the foxes less RE.tarded, i would greatly appreciate it

The foxes always run, if they're not you might be encountering an AI glitch.

Unfortuantly, i think so to:) But, would have been kind of funny if one of the
programmers just "forgot" to make the foxes smart:)

I like it when I walk up to a fox and he looks right up at me. It's kinda cute. Also, I try not to kill them. As for your bear issue, stop traveling through their territory and stick to the roads. Can't blame a bear for living in a forest.

Yeah, bears are too common encounter in Skyrim. Especially the Cave bears that live just by roads.

I started using the monster mod with increased spawns, and now the bears are usually eaten by the other creatures when i get there

I've heard rumors that foxes can actually lead you to random loot in the wilderness. never been able to verify it though since they usually get eaten before we get anywhere.
