What are some of your favorite "out and about places?" Dungeons or encounters you've stumbled upon by chance.

I found an interesting Dwemer ruin/cave in the very east of Eastmarch. Starts out with a glowing ball of light, but you need to watch your step. What are some of your hidden gems you've stumbled across?

I don't do a lot of wander-exploring because I get tired of fighting wolves and "damn bears" but Forelhost is pretty creepy-cool.

I guess I stumbled across a small altar like area that had 3 'witches' (female mages) and a Wisp Mother...or am I thinking about two different places? :S I think it was in the southeast.

Oop north has some of the most surprising stuff I think.

Today I found the mammoth half-stuck in the iceberg.

There's a tragic area of flaming mess on the northern shore where you'll find the flame cloak spell, lol.


If I just keep jogging around I know I'll see something completely new to me even after 4 characters.

That mammoth is awesome! The whole coastline has some really interesting little finds. Apparently a bunch of apprentice mages have med bad ends around there. Have you found the poor fishermen in the river by Windhelm?
