Here's something I discovered (probably already known but I'd figure I'd share it):

I recently did "The Wolf Queen Awakened" at Level 15 to get my Solitude house and Thane title. As you go deeper into Potema's Catacombs, you will fight pre-leveled Draugr Overlords that will drop Ebony Swords and Greatswords, as well as Ebony Shields if you are lucky.

Take those bad boys to the Atro Forge, and you have Daedric Weapons without having to level Smithing.

The only problem is you need to get far enough into the College's quests to unlock the Forge. Daedra hearts and Black soul gems can be bought from Enthir as well.
