This has been discussed a lot, but it's still pretty sad. If only they got the voice actors to do a few more lines, the Khajiits could tie the knot with their mates.

The Khajiit don't really like Skyrim. They probably wouldn't want to stay there their whole lives. I hate that there's no Khajiit to marry, but just giving some logical reason for the lack of marriageable Khajiit.

Theres a mod for this, but yeah they really need to add Khajiit you can marry. Same goes for Bosmer.

Honestly they should have just recorded the lines so you can marry anyone in the game. With all the "Make it so I can marry (insert person here)!" topics that have been on these forums I'm really surprised that it wasn't just done in the first place.
