When I go to pick up Auriels Bow, the game doesn't give me the final Dawnguard Quest (Kindred Judgment).

I even loaded back before I entered Dark Fall cave. The game still doesnt give me the last quest. I sided with the vamps... Can anyone help or is there a Bethesda hotline number I can call?
