New to PS3. Just started playing Skyrim. How do I save my progress? Can I save at any time, or do I have to wait for certain stages? Thanks for helping a newbie.

Thanks, but how do I actually go about saving? Which series of buttons do I push to go to which screen? I know this is super basic, but we are unbelievable novices at this game and system.

Even if I'm an Xbox 360 player, I know it's Start, then move left from the quests page, and you'll find the save/load page.

Press the Start button on your controller, it's the one that looks like a directional arrow, then press the R1 button twice. Save will be your first option.

Read the journal... This would have been so much quicker than coming on the forums and creating an account simply to ask this question.
