Do the last PS3 4.21 improve in anyway the game? : V

It's worth to update ps3 to the 4.21?

Don't take me wrong... I'm just asking... I know that this doesn't care Skyrim in particular, but i hate the lag and i hope that something will fix that...

It's only known to improve Sony software. I did not notice any improvements to Skyrim.
