Anyone know of a paid that introduces a wage system for followers/hirelings? Ideally something like a daily payment required to keep on followers. I find it silly that hirelings would pledge their lives for a measly 500 gold, or that someone would follow you to the depths of hell because you gave a stupid letter to their sweetheart

The author of the Mercenaries mod implemented this well with the mercs it introduced - would like to see it expanded to cover all followers.
