The Mysterious Man in Armor

Do you think that I'd be able to make a character similiar to this image?

http://i1129.photobucket.com/albums/m507/Dream_Sequencer/Rembrandt_Man_in_Armour.jpg

This is my idea for the character. His name is Rorin and he is a mysterious man in armor, I'm just pretend he has armor on when he is found at the border and is taken in and they ask who he is. Rorin has a very classic back story, though I'm unsure of his race right now so if people can help me it makes his backstory easy. Well Rorin is a mysterious man in armor, not many people know who he is, he only gives a name. He is the classic good hero for the justice of the people, type. With a dark past. He was at first merely only a stable hand at his father's stables. But always had dreamed about joining the guards and soldies of the day. Always dreamt of a sword in his hands.

He use to play with his older brother from time to time using wooden sticks pretending they were swords. Rorin has many dreams and memories of the farm. The guilt of cursing his very origins, he feels partly responsible for the night his family was attacked. He had been so looking forward to making his hum drum boring farm life less miserable, that he had several times cursed his families home. He feels his cursing somewhat jynxed fate, and on a night of a bandit raid his parents died and so did the many people who lived in the small little farm. The logical explanation was that when the farm was built it was built in the wrong location. People had warned them that they were building to close to a bandit highway, but they had so many years of peace they didn't believe and payed the price for it. But the more spiritual belief that Rorin holds is that he cursed his family. He swore to pay his dues.

He was first a young scrawny kid just playing the role of a hero, but the more he practiced the more he became better. But it wouldn't be until he met his mentor and teacher that he would become really good. As he learned the ways almost becoming a squire in his mentor's eyes, he became better, stronger, harder, and faster than what he had once been. But he never had joined a formal army or formal guarding. He became a wanderer in armor instead.

He sounds a bit like a medieval super hero doesn't he.

So this is the start of his build: http://skyrimcalculator.com/#154099

I know he'll have a sword and a shield, but if he ever needs to repair his shield, he can dual swords as well if he loses his shield or his shield cannot be used because he needs to repair them.

I also still don't know what race to go for. I want to maybe consider being a Nord.

The armor that looks the most like the picture is definitely imperial imo.

All right Imperial. I agree I was messing around with the creation and the Nords have to much chiseled faces. I think he needs to be regal looking anyway.

I didn't know what kind of armor to put him in? From the picture he is wearing Imperial....but I was going to kind of change it at some point to something more fancy for the game. But...I didn't know if I should wear Light or Heavy armor. I was considering maybe going light so he could wear the Royal Vampire outfit and have his cape.
