I'm at the "Stealing Plans" quest in The companions http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Stealing_Plans (link). Well I went to the silverhand and took their plans from some keep and returned to Aala to hand them in. I talk to her just fine, but when I hand in the item, the game crashes and I have to ctrl+alt+delete etc. I tried restarting and verified cache. I only use skyrim 4k textures and skyui v2.2. What should I do?

Edit: I just did the same thing about 5 times with it crashing every time, but then I did the same thing again and it worked (!) so I guess this thread could be closed.
