I noticed while playing today that about every 60 seconds the game locks up for about 2 seconds and then resumes. I've never had this issue before today. I updated 2 mods but I disabled them and the problem persists. I updated my AMD driver to the 12.7 beta thinking it could be a driver issue and it still persists. I disabled all my antivirus/malware just to see if that changed anything and it didn't.

It's worth mentioning that at the beginning of my play session a storm caused the power to go out in my house for half a second causing my computer to power off. I don't recall the locking up issue prior to that now that I think of it. Could that possibly be related? Wonder if the power spike jacked up my graphics card? I do have my computer plugged into a decent surge protector.
