Back Stories...

Post » Tue Jul 10, 2012 2:15 pm

Hey Guys and Gals!

For each of my characters, I make quite elaborate back stories for them (such as, my Breton fled to Skyrim from his homeland, escaping from prison where he served 17 years for petty thievery and being framed for a murder - wrong place at the wrong time).

I was just wondering if you lot do that too and if you do, please share, would love to hear some

Introduction

Hello everyone

You may or may not have seen my previous thread involving Heinrich (For all you "return to castle wolfenstein" fans...), now I've decided that this will be my permenant character, so instead of starting a whole new game (for the 5th time) and leveling this one up to 81.5 as I do with all my other characters, I decided that I would blent him in into the story of my current character: Jannicus Stormcloak. So here it goes

Jannicus Stormcloak

Jannicus Stormcloak, son of Ulfric Stormcloak, went away from his home at a young age. He travelled through out all of Tamriel to learn the skills of different cultures. He even managed to master those skills as good as possible. He had a good heart and was always ready to do what he thought was good for everyone. One day however he heard that there was a Civil War going on in his home country, Skyrim. So he decided to travel to Skyrim and come to his father's Aid. However when he crossed the border he got captured by an Imperial ambush. To his suprise he found his father on the same cart as he was on as they were travelling to Helgen. Jannicus had also noticed that the Imperial Legion had changed a lot than it used to be, more weak and fragile. Once they arrived in Helgen he heard that all the prisoners were being executed, so that means that Jannicus would suffer the same fate. Luckily there was an intervention of the World Eater, Alduin. Because of this Jannicus could flee from the imperials.

Once escaped, he accomplished a lot in Skyrim:
- Listener of the DB
- Arch-mage of the CoW
- Guild master of the TG
- Harbinger of the Companions

Dragonborn
Not much later Jannicus would defeat his first dragon together with the troops of Whiterun. Yet he absorbed the soul of the dragon, something that had not happened in a very long time. He found out that he was "Dragonborn" destined to stop Alduin from destroying the world. Of course, the good guy that he is he went to the grey-beards to learn the Thu'um. It was a difficult proces but he managed to do it. Now he was ready to stop Alduin in Sovngarde. The latter went there after Jannicus defeated him on the Throat of the World, he did this to regain his powers. He was greeted by the heroes of Sovngarde who willingly helped him to defeat Alduin. They congratulated Jannicus and took their goodbye's.

Civil War

One day, however his father, Ulfric, asked him if he would join the ranks of the Stormcloaks, as they were suffering heavy losses at the hands of the imperials. Ulfric told his son that he saw a fire in his eyes, that he had some special aura surrounding him. Yet he couldn't exactly say what it was. Jannicus fought fiercly for the Stormcloaks and managed to turn the tides. After they had captured Solitude and freed Skyrim from the weak Legion, the stormcloaks knew that it was time for Ulfric to take his righteful place on the throne of the High King of Skyrim. Jannicus asked his father and commander if there was anything else for him to do. Ulfric replied that Jannicus was free to roam where ever he pleased and that his capabilities may be needed elsewhere.

Markarth

So Jannicus decided to go over to Markarth to see if he could do any good there, because he went to the corrupted city one time and was astonished by the troubles of the people. He received a note from Eltrys to meet him in the Shrine of Talos. Jannicus was on his way to there when he was halted by a Vigilant of Stendarr who asked his help to go into an abanded house because the Vigilant believes there is some sort of Daedric activity inside. Of course Jannicus agreed to do it.

Molag Bal

Things went out of hand inside, Molag Bal managed to set up the Vigilant against Jannicus and a fight to the death occured. Jannicus won, but he wasn't the same anymore. Molag Bal brainwashed Jannicus. The Daedric Lord convinced Jannicus to surrender his soul to him in exchange for Domination. This was the only thing that Jannicus cared about since that time. He was a completely other man. Not only from the inside but aswell from the outside.

Heinrich

Jannicus decided that he would need a more evil name to fit his new persona. So he chose "Heinrich". His goal was to conquer all of Tamriel, starting Skyrim. The evil warlord now educated himself in the more "Dark Powers", raising dead to become his army and other tricks from Oblivion. He will not rest, will do anything to become the mighty ruler of TAMRIEL!

Thanks

So that is actually my story how Jannicus became Heinrich. I hope that you guys didn't mind the long post, but rather enjoyed. Thought it was a nice, little something in the wait for the Skyrim dlc's or just to kill some time. Heinrich's story will most likely continue with Dawnguard, when Molag Bal grants him the power of a Vampire Lord through the means of Lord Harkon. I shall update the story then. Who knows what the future holds for the Warlord?

Could it be something like this?

I used to have a back story, but when I played I forgot about it. So now I just do evil or good with classes. Battle-Mage etc.
