How many more levels does the perk animage, kindred Mage and the perk that allows calm spells to affect higher level opponents.
I have the Expert spell Pacify and it tells me that it calms up to level 28, how much more would these 3 perks take it?

you can calculate base on the value here. also note that dual cast can cast on enemy level 2.2 higher than one hand with the perk

Thank you, I now know that one handed it is 38.

yea, but don't forget this only apply for animal/humanoid. for undead/daedric/automaton I don't think those 2 perks work. so it is still level 28 for one hand
