With the wedding event my "bride" will get the meet you at our wedding dialogue once then never again.
And the event will never happen no matter how much time passes.

Who are you trying to marry? If it's someone you have as a follower you might have to dismiss her from following you before she will go the temple for the wedding.

I tried a few people,also I did that I dimissed jenassa redid the whole thing dident start, reload tried another follower without asking them to follow same thing.
tried all the non followers ysolda,camilla etc nothing.

it just jumps to attend your wedding but no event at all.

If you are getting the objective of "attend your wedding" then I assume you have gone to the Temple and talked to the priest about arranging the ceremony. And then... what? You go back to the Temple between dawn and dusk the next day but the bride is not there?

You need to give a bit more information here. Why in hell did you start the same topic in two diferent places?

Have you talked to the priest?
Have you left the temple and gone somewhere else? For some reason doing this bugged out two diferent characters for me on my PS3 copy.
Have you taken the stupid amulet off? Don't know if this matters but what the hell.
