Has the resto-alchemy loop glitch been patched? : V

the one that can increase you're alchemy into the millions? i havent heard any news on if its been patched by the previous update or through the dawnguard expansion. any help would be appreciated

i dont know, but i attempted it last night, and it seemed to strengthen my alchemy clothes (ring,necklace,circlet,gauntlets) but only for the first 3 or 4 times. after than my rest potions didnt seem to get any stronger? ive taken the first 2 perks in alchemy thus far. have I not taken enough to create higher resto effects?
