It seems that when I get close to a tree that has a light source near it, the light source will 'suddenly' start casting upon it. Here is an example, notice the tree near upper right:

Then after moving camera in one 'click/scroll'

I have gone thru most every ENB and Skyrim ini option I could think of. None seems to help with this. Same thing happens when I disable ENB too.

EDIT: Fixed by increasing Tree Distance with Skyrim Configurator to a larger amount (2.5 times what it was)

That lantern there, is it from that lanterns mod, that lights up a lot of the main roadways and such? My first reaction is that's caused from that.

This happens from any light source. Not just ones added from mods.
