Would anyone play Skyrim using the following rules? Telll me

Would anyone actually play with the following rules.

Rags to Riches
  • Start the game with no money, gear, or skills (Apart from those you have by default)
  • Main Goal: Earn 25,000 gold to buy Proudspire Manor in Solitude, and fully furnish it.
  • No quests allowed, unless they're completely mundane, as long as you are not going into a Dunegon.
  • Eat three meals a day, and get at least nine hours of sleep in a bed every night
  • No fast travel. If you need to get somewhere, you have to go on foot. No Horses allowed.
  • You can't cast spells or wear heavy armour. You can only use basic weapons (No greater than Steel, this applies to arrows as well)
  • Can only kill in Self Defense.
  • Have to earn money by smithing, woodcutting and crafting, and obvioulsy by finding it. No Dungeon crawling, no Dark Brotherhood, no Theives gulid missions allowed, and no bounty hunting missions.
  • You also have to be a Human. So you can either be a Nord, a Breton or an Imperial only.
  • You can get married but you are not too take gold from your Wife/Husband.
  • You can level up any skills you need.
  • No poitions are to be used. If you need to heal you have to use food.
  • You cannot be a Warewolf or Vampire.
  • No bodyguards or companions until you purchase Proudspire Manor.
Warrior & Arms Dealer
  • Can start game with skills that boost combat and smithing only.
  • Main Goal: To buy and fully upgrade all houses possible in Skyrim.
  • Can be any race.
  • Only use Medium-Heavy Armor.
  • Use any advanced weaapons (Ebony etc)
  • Quick Travel is only allowed once a day (A Skyrim day)
  • Only use Highest level bows/crossbows for ranged weapons.
  • Can only earn gold from selling weapons and armor.
  • You can Enchant weapons and armor.
  • When you level up you can only upgrade Health or Stamina. You can also upgrade any other skills as needed.
  • Only allowed to cast heal and Clairvoyance Spells. No other spells allowed, however Shouts are allowed, but these should only be used once a day. (A Skyrim day)
  • No thives gulid missions allowed.
  • Dark Borhterhood and Bounty hunting missions are allowed. However you cannot complete these using Stealth. You have to be seen.
  • Can be a Warewolf but not a Vampire.
  • Can use any type of Arrows.
  • Can earn Gold from Smithing, and crafting weapons.
  • Dungeon Crawling is allowed, however anything releated to magic or spells cannot be used or picked up.
  • If you see a Dragon you must kill it with swords and shouts only. Any Dragon you see has to be killed on sight.
  • Cannot Deal in stolen goods.
Thief & Assasin
  • Main Goal: Earn "Gold Touch" Achievment/Trophy (Or have at least 100,000 gold)
  • Can only wear light apprel, no glass armor allowed.
  • Can only sell stolen goods. Any "Legitimate" goods either have to be stored or used. (Stolen stuff from DG applies)
  • Have to complete Thieves Gulid quist line, and use the Nighengale Armor for the rest of the game(AKA The Batman Suit)
  • Can use Swords, and bows & Crossbows but no heavy weapons or Attack Spells allowed.
  • When leveling you can only concnetrate on Sneaking, Lockpick, Pickpocket, One handed, and ranged skills.
  • You can enchant stolen weapons, and sell them.
  • When doing Dark Brotherhood or Bounty Hunting quests, you can only do them using Stealth.
  • Fast travel is allowed but only to places where merchants deal in Stolen goods.
  • Do not kill Dragons unless attacked first.
  • Do not attack unless in Self defense. However this does not apply if you're doing a quest where you have to kill someone.
  • No Warewolf or Vampires allowed.
  • When crafting weapons, you can only use stolen ingots & other stolen materials. However the items crafted this way should be classed as Stolen and as such you can only sell them. You cannot use them.
  • Have to play as an Imperial only.
  • You can get Married, and you can get gold from your spouse.
So what do you all think? Let me know.

There are a lot of seemingly unnecessary rules. For instance, only humans in the Rags to Riches tree.
