Is there an alternate meens to gain entry to the shrine? The quest "pieces of The Past" appears broken, my character is at level 42 and I have still not recieved a "Museum Pamphlet" from a courier. I have also visited the "Mythic Dawn Museum" with no luck.

Any suggestions?
