What can I do?

Post » Sat Jul 14, 2012 3:52 pm

I beat Skyrim like 4 months ago, and got the platinum trophy. (PS3 Player)

But it has been so long and I want to play Skyrim again, but I don't know what to do on the game. I don't want to start a new character because that just seems pointless to me.

Anyone have ideas on what I could do? Or should I just hold off until Playstation gets Dawnguard?

The thing is, no one is sure when Dawnguard is released for PS3, so you might end up not playing Skyrim for weeks, or maybe months. Have you ever played Oblivion?

Why does a new character seem pointless? Have you done everything there is to do in the game on one character? You don't want to experiment with a different playstyle? A different role-play perspective?

I would suggest RP, if you enjoy it. RP can make TES game last for years, for me at least.

No I have not played Oblivion, Skyrim was my first Elder Scrolls game. But I was actually at Gamestop and I had Oblivion in my hand and was about to buy it, then some employee talked me out of it. He told me it wouldn't be worth it...whatever they lost a sale.

Dunno, I'm just the type of person that uses one character only. I've tried pretty much every playstyle on my character, the only thing I don't have is all perks.

Try it, it's not as bad as many people say, it's quite cheap right now, even if you don't enjoy it a much as Skyrim.

Same for me, I've haven't picked up Skyrim since Feb ninth when I got my last achievement (Oblivion Walker), I've been waiting for DLC ever since

Sad thing is, I also bought Skyrim on PC but my computer can't handle it LOL. I would have so much to do still if it could handle it.

You should have slapped that employee in the face and then yell "THEN PAY WITH YOUR BLOOD!". Oblivion was an amazing game.

You could make getting a new pc for skyrim and other TES games your next project.

As I said, try Oblivion its graphic is not as demanding as Skyrim and whatever problem you have can probably be fixed with mod. Oblivion Modding community is amazing.

You let a gamestop employee talk you out of buying an elder scrolls game?
