so i am downloading skyrim from the xbox marketplace right now, is there a difference between that and the disc based game performance?

Honestly I'm not sure about skyrim. Other games I've done that with haven't had any differences.

Games off the hard drive like that I have noticed load a bit faster. Even faster then the disc based game playing off the hard drive. I have also never had a freezing incident, although I dont get many anyways.

alright cool i was having a bit of freezing/lag after i downloaded dawnguard. I'm hoping this will fix the problem plus my disc was in a rough condition which most likely caused that.
